Hello, my name is David and I’ve been a programmer and website designer for the past 8 years.
I started designing websites using an old version of Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, which as you know is a very old version of Dreamweaver. After a couple of years of learning how to program and design using the infinite knowledge from tutorials online, I started developing using Joomla. In 2008, I started a website called OjoomlaTraining which was a video tutorial website, training people on how to setup a website using the popular CMS (Content Management System) Joomla.
Joomla found my website so helpful that it was listed in the training section of joomla.org’s website for people to use to learn how to develop a website using Joomla. My Joomla training website was one out of only 8 training websites allowed on Joomla. At the time, Joomla was getting around 30,000 downloads per day. Eventually I started learning the CMS wodrpress and fell in love with the ease of use and immense support from developers. Don’t get me wrong, Joomla is amazing and great for people who are more tech savy, but a lot of my clients I would develop websites for found Joomla’s backend too confusing, but they loved the ease and simplicity of WordPress.
Nowadays, website builders are the craze. Site builders require practically no tech knowledge and are as easy as drag and drop. So that’s why I’ve put this website together, to give you my expert opinion on all the website builders out there right now. My reviews are honest and are coming from someone who has worked on websites for years.
